Students on campus: In summer GLS has up to 600 students, in other seasons between 250 and 400.

The hotel on campus: Photo taken in 1902. The building originally accommodated a public bath house with a cathedral like pool hall.

In 1986 the public bath house was closed, due to damages in the pool. The building dilapidated.

In 2011 GLS bought the dilapidated building, re-opening the pool and converting the buildings next to it into a hotel.
