The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?

Perfect after class activity,

too high level of matirial for the child level (she lost interest to lessons), pure medical support during problem with leg and additional charges from child's money inspite of full insuranse paid without parents informing. Previous stay in 2014 was much better.
